2010 Kia Soul -Best New Car For Your Teen


The 2010 Kia Soul, Kia Motors America's (KMA) value-laden and uniquely styled urban passenger vehicle, recently added another award to its trophy case with Kiplinger's Personal Finance's designation of "Best New Car for Your Teen" for the Soul+ (plus) trim. The award-winning five-door was selected for its "cool factor," wide variety of standard technology and safety features as well as its funky design.

The award winning 2010 Kia Soul has just had the title of 'Best New Car For Your Teen' bestowed upon it by Kiplinger's Personal Finance-- Soul is available in four trims: “ Soul, Soul+, Soul! and Soul sport.

Standard safety features include dual front advanced airbags, full-length side curtain airbags, an Antilock Brake System (ABS), Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Traction Control System (TCS), Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD), Brake Assist System (BAS), front and rear crumple zones, side-impact door beams and impact-absorbing steering column.

After winning many awards and recognitions Kia has finally launched the 2011 version of its popular model Kia Soul--2011 Kia Soul comes with 2 engine options – the 1.6L and the 2.0L engine. The 1.6L engine comes with 122Hp and is the base model of the car. The higher end model is the 2.0L engine that comes with 142Hp and will be available in 3 trims-- The higher end models are called Soul+, Soul! and Soul sport and will give you a mileage of 24 mpg in the city and 20 mpg on highways
